Most pieces are one of a kind and while we are traveling for Fall trunk shows we will not have anything on the site. Please email us Beth@BethBlack.com or call/text (512)587-2461 if you have any questions about custom orders or any piece you see in the gallery photos.
Guaranteed orders for December 25th delivery must be placed by December 16th for USPS $12 delivery. For expedited delivery via Fedex or UPS, orders must be placed no later than December 21st. Rush delivery fees will be calculated and charged accordingly.
Items will be shipped within 3 business days via insured USPS priority mail. Shipping & Handling fees apply. If expedited delivery is requested, shipping price will be determined for Fedex or UPS delivery. Currently orders are within USA only. Please contact via email to make arrangements for international orders.
Sales tax 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to or within Texas as we are a Texas based corporation.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will refund your money for any item with which you are not completely satisfied. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The item must be returned to Beth Black Jewelry in its original, unused condition within 5 business days of the date received. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. Beth Black Inc. is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured.
