STORE POLICY

Shipping: 

Insured shipping is complimentary on orders over $500. 

All other orders are an insured flat rate fee of $12.

Please contact us if you require faster service. 

Items in stock will be shipped within 3 business days of order unless otherwise noted. 

Made to order items will ship within 2-3 weeks.

We will contact you when items ship. Currently we do not ship outside of the US. 

Please make sure address information is correct. Beth Black Inc can not be held responsible for orders deemed undeliverable. Any orders that are re-directed due to incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 redirecting fee. 

Beth Black Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for loss or damage of these items.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to Texas or New York.

Returns: 

If you are not happy with your jewelry please contact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Exchanges and refunds are of a case by case basis and do not include shipping and handling costs. Contact us to receive a return authorization number. We can not accept any returns without authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with all the original packaging including cards, tags, pouches, and boxes within 7 days of date received. Returns that arrive after 7 days will only be eligible for credit.

Goods damaged by buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Please note all custom pieces and sale items are considered final sale and not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Repairs:

All of our jewelry is guaranteed and should there be a problem with the manufacturing of a piece we will fix it free of charge for up to a year from date or purchase. Any other repairs may incur a small fee. Please be careful with your stones. We cannot guarantee damage to stones, but will do our best to replace or repair. Shipping costs apply.

Beth Black Inc reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
